Custom HRMS software built around how your organisation works. Custom HRMS software development: employee records, leave and attendance, approvals, recruitment pipelines and applicant portals, built on your own process.
We design and build HR systems for organisations whose rules do not fit a packaged product: employee records and self-service, leave and attendance, multi-level approvals, recruitment pipelines and a public applicant portal. Each module shares one data model, so a hired candidate becomes an employee record without re-entry. We have built separate employee, recruiter, HR operations and applicant applications for an enterprise HR platform, and HR and employee modules inside college and university ERPs. The code, data and hosting stay in your accounts.
Why organisations come to us for HR software. HR runs on spreadsheets and email Leave requests, approvals and employee documents live in inboxes and shared sheets, so nobody can see the current state without asking HR.
The packaged HRMS does not fit Your leave policies, shift patterns or approval chains need workarounds in an off-the-shelf tool, and every exception is handled by hand.
Hiring is tracked in five places Applications arrive by email, job boards and referrals, interview feedback is scattered, and candidates hear nothing for weeks.
Data is copied between systems The same employee is typed into HR, payroll, the ERP and the access system, and the copies drift apart.
What we build. Employee records and self-service Profiles, documents, reporting lines and history, with a portal where staff update their own details and download letters and payslips.
Leave and attendance Leave types, accrual and carry-forward rules, holiday calendars by location, shifts, and attendance imported from biometric devices or recorded on the web.
Approval workflows Configurable multi-level approvals for leave, expenses, transfers and requisitions, with delegation when an approver is away and a full audit trail.
Recruitment and applicant tracking Job requisitions, pipeline stages, interview scheduling, structured feedback and offer letters, all in one place for the hiring team.
Applicant portal A public careers site where candidates search openings, apply, upload documents and track their status, with SEO-friendly job pages.
Onboarding Checklists, document collection and account requests that start when an offer is accepted, so the new joiner's record already exists on day one.
Payroll inputs and integrations Attendance, leave and salary components exported to your payroll or accounting system, plus links to your ERP, email and single sign-on.
Reports and dashboards Headcount, attrition, leave balances and hiring funnel reports, with role-based access so managers see only their teams.
Engagement options HRMS build A fixed-scope project for organisations that need a complete HR system or a specific set of modules.
Process mapping with HR and finance Data model and module plan in writing Two-week increments on a staging server Data migration, training and hand-over Recruitment portal A focused build for teams whose main problem is hiring, not core HR.
Careers site and applicant portal Pipeline stages and interview scheduling Feedback forms and offer letters Hand-off of hired candidates to your HR system Extend and support A monthly retainer for organisations that already have an HR system and need it changed and kept running.
New modules and policy changes Integrations with payroll and ERP Bug fixes, upgrades and backups Response times agreed in the retainer How it works Map the process We sit with HR, finance and a few managers to write down how leave, approvals and hiring actually work today, including the exceptions.
Data model and proposal You get a written module plan, data model and fixed-scope proposal, with the order modules will be delivered in.
Build in increments Modules are delivered every two weeks on staging, where HR tests them with real cases before anything goes live.
Migrate and go live We import existing employee and leave data, run the old and new process side by side for a cycle if needed, and hand over code and documentation.
Why Infigini We have built HR portals before Our HCM work covered separate applications for employees, recruiters, HR operations and job applicants, so we know where those roles overlap and where they must not.
HR as part of a wider ERP We have built HR, finance, admissions and hostel modules on shared data for education groups, so your HRMS can grow into or connect with the rest of your systems.
Rules as configuration Leave policies, approval chains and pipeline stages are stored as settings HR can change, so a policy update is not a development request.
You own the system Source code, database and hosting sit in your accounts from the start, so employee records live in your environment rather than ours.
Technologies: Angular, React, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MinIO, NGINX, Docker, Linux

Talent Assessment Portal — An examination portal that runs tests for enrolled students and external candidates.
Frequently asked questions Should we build a custom HRMS or buy an off-the-shelf one? Buy if your HR processes are close to standard and you can adapt to the product. Build when your leave rules, approval chains or hiring stages are specific enough that a packaged tool needs constant workarounds, or when HR must share data with an ERP you already run. A common middle path is a packaged payroll product with a custom HR and recruitment layer on top.
What modules does a custom HRMS usually include? Most start with employee records, leave and attendance, and approvals, because those touch everyone. Recruitment and an applicant portal, onboarding, expense claims and reporting follow. We plan the data model for the full set up front, then deliver the modules that matter most first, so later modules plug in without rework.
How much does HRMS software development cost? It depends on the number of modules, how many roles and approval levels you need, the integrations involved and how much existing data must be migrated. After a discovery session we send a fixed-scope proposal with a fixed price for the agreed modules. Ongoing changes and support are covered by a monthly retainer if you want one.
How long does it take to build an HRMS? Timelines follow scope. Because we deliver in two-week increments on a staging server, HR starts testing the first module within weeks rather than waiting for the whole system. The proposal lists each module with its order and an estimated duration, so you can decide what goes live first.
Can it connect to our payroll, biometric devices and existing ERP? Usually, yes. We export attendance, leave and salary components in the format your payroll or accounting system accepts, and import punches from biometric devices through their API or file exports. For ERPs we connect through their APIs or a shared database view. We check each system's integration options during discovery before committing to an approach.
How do you protect employee and candidate data? Access is role-based, so managers see only their teams and recruiters see only their requisitions. Data is encrypted in transit, documents are stored in private object storage, and sensitive actions are logged. The system runs in your own cloud account or servers with tested backups. We explain these practices so your team can assess them against the regulations that apply to you.
Can you take over or extend an HR system we already have? Yes. We start with a short review of the code, database and hosting, then fix what is urgent and add the modules or integrations you need. If the existing system is too costly to extend, we say so in writing and propose a staged replacement that keeps HR running throughout.
Can we build only a recruitment portal first? Yes. If hiring is the main pain, it is a sensible place to start. A careers site, applicant portal and hiring pipeline can run on their own and hand hired candidates to your current HR system or spreadsheet. The data model is designed so a full HRMS can be added later without migrating recruitment data again.
