Enterprise software built around how your organisation works. Enterprise software development for HRMS, CRMs, internal tools, deployment platforms and AI knowledge assistants, built in two-week increments in your accounts.
Enterprise software development means building the systems an organisation runs on: HR and recruitment, CRMs, approval tools, internal deployment platforms and assistants that answer from your own documents. We design each one around your actual process, put related tools on one data model, sign people in through the identity provider you already use, and deliver in two-week increments on staging. Code, infrastructure and documentation sit in your accounts, and we can stay on to run the system after launch.
Where enterprise teams usually are when they call us. Work runs on spreadsheets and email Leave requests, approvals and customer follow-ups live in inboxes and shared sheets, so nobody can see status or who changed what.
Off-the-shelf tools do not fit A SaaS product covers most of the process, but the steps that matter most are handled outside it with workarounds and manual exports.
Systems do not talk to each other HR, sales, finance and support each keep their own copy of the same people and customers, and reconciling them is someone's weekly job.
Internal knowledge is hard to find Policies, procedures and past answers are spread across shared drives, so staff ask colleagues instead of finding it themselves.
Enterprise systems we build. HRMS and recruitment Employee records, onboarding, leave and attendance, interview scheduling and applicant portals, as separate apps over one HR data model.
CRMs Customer records, interaction history, appointments, billing, service plans and sales pipelines shaped around how your teams actually sell and serve.
Internal tools and approvals Request, review and approval workflows with role-based access, notifications and a full history of every change.
Self-service deployment platforms Shared servers where internal teams ship applications and databases through CI/CD to their own domains and subdomains.
Knowledge assistants Retrieval-augmented assistants on Azure OpenAI that answer from your own documents, cite their sources and respect who may see what.
Reporting dashboards Operational reports and dashboards in Power BI or built into the application, fed from the same database the team works in.
Integrations Connections to identity providers, payment gateways, storage, email and existing ERPs, with retries and failure handling designed in.
Workflow automation n8n workflows and AI agents that draft, route and file documents so routine steps stop needing a person.
Engagement options Fixed-scope project One system with a clear boundary, such as a recruitment portal, a CRM or an internal approvals tool.
Discovery with the people who will use it Architecture and a fixed estimate in writing Two-week increments on staging Production release, documentation and hand-over Dedicated team A monthly team for organisations replacing several tools or growing an internal platform over time.
Engineers across frontend, backend and cloud A shared roadmap and fortnightly demos Releases through your CI/CD and environments Scope that moves with your priorities Support retainer For enterprise systems already in production, whether we built them or not.
Bug fixes, upgrades and small features Monitoring, backups and restore tests Security patching of servers and dependencies Coverage hours and response times agreed in the retainer How it works Discovery We meet the people who will use the system, map the current workflow, and list every integration, role and report it needs.
Architecture and proposal We design the data model, access rules, hosting and integrations, then price the work against that design.
Build in increments Every two weeks you get working software on staging that your team can try with real cases and correct early.
Release and operate We deploy through CI/CD with monitoring and backups in place, then maintain the system or hand it to your team.
Why Infigini We have built these systems before Our work includes a four-app HCM suite, a service business CRM, two Azure knowledge assistants and a shared deployment server for a training company.
Build and run in one team The engineers who write the application also set up its servers, pipelines and backups, so nothing falls between two suppliers.
You own everything Source code, cloud accounts, configuration and documentation are yours from day one. Nothing is tied to our infrastructure.
Honest build-or-buy advice If an off-the-shelf product covers your process, we say so in writing and help you integrate it instead of building a replacement.
Technologies: Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, Django, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Azure OpenAI, Docker
Related projects HCM Suite — Four Angular applications for employees, recruiters, HR operations and job applicants.
Service Business CRM — A CRM covering customer data, appointments, billing, inventory, service plans, sales and staff management.
Enterprise Knowledge Assistant — A second RAG assistant for conversations over private knowledge bases on Azure Cloud.
Self-Service Deployment Server — A shared server that lets anyone in the organisation deploy applications through CI/CD to multiple domains and subdomains.
Frequently asked questions What is enterprise software development? It is building software that runs an organisation's internal operations rather than a consumer product. Typical examples are HR and recruitment systems, CRMs, approval workflows, internal portals and reporting tools. What sets it apart is the surrounding work: single sign-on, role-based access, audit trails, integration with existing systems, and a plan for running and supporting it for years after launch.
Should we build custom software or buy an off-the-shelf product? Buy when a product covers your process with little change and the per-user licence cost stays reasonable as you grow. Build when your process is what sets you apart, when you need several tools to share one data model, or when workarounds already cost more staff time than a build would. We often recommend a mix: buy the commodity parts and build the pieces that are specific to you.
How much does enterprise software development cost? It depends on the number of modules, user roles, integrations and reports, and on the hosting and support you need. After discovery we send a written architecture and a fixed estimate for a defined scope. Longer programmes can run on a dedicated team billed monthly, and post-launch support is a monthly retainer. Share your requirements and we will come back with an estimate.
How long does it take to build an HRMS or CRM? A focused module such as a recruitment portal or an approvals tool usually takes a few weeks. A full HRMS, CRM or multi-module platform takes longer, often several months, depending on the number of modules, integrations and data migration involved. We deliver in two-week increments, so your team uses working software on staging from early in the project and can change priorities as they learn.
Can it integrate with our existing systems and single sign-on? Yes. We connect to identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID or any OpenID Connect provider for sign-in, and to existing ERPs, payroll, email, payment gateways and storage through their APIs. Where a system has no API, we agree a file or database-level exchange and build checks so missing or failed records are visible rather than silently lost.
How do you handle security and access control? Access is role-based and enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface. Sensitive actions are logged with who did what and when. Databases accept connections only from approved hosts, servers are patched and hardened, and backups are restored on a schedule to prove they work. We can explain these practices to your auditors, but compliance itself stays your organisation's decision.
Can you add an AI assistant over our internal documents? Yes. We build retrieval-augmented assistants on Azure OpenAI with Azure AI Search or Qdrant, so answers come from your own policies and documents and show their sources. We carry document permissions into the search index as filters, so staff only get answers from material they are allowed to see. We have shipped two of these on Azure, one for a healthcare organisation and one for an enterprise.
Who owns and maintains the software after launch? You own the code, configuration, cloud accounts and documentation from the first commit. After launch you can keep us on a support retainer for fixes, upgrades and monitoring, move to a dedicated team for new features, or hand over to your in-house engineers with written runbooks and a few working sessions.
