Custom web applications built, shipped and kept running. Custom web application development for portals, internal tools and SaaS products. Angular, React, Next.js, FastAPI and Django, hosted in your own accounts.
Our custom web application development covers everything from the first requirement to the running production system: the interface, the APIs, the database, sign-in and roles, the integrations and the hosting, all done by one team. Typical work is customer portals, internal tools that replace spreadsheets, and SaaS products with accounts and billing. You see working software on staging every two weeks, and the code, cloud accounts and documentation belong to you.
Why teams come to us for a web application. The business runs on spreadsheets and email Orders, approvals or bookings are tracked in shared sheets, so data is copied by hand and nobody trusts the latest version.
Off-the-shelf software almost fits A packaged tool covers most of the process, but the part that makes your business different needs workarounds or a costly add-on.
A product idea needs a real build You have validated a SaaS or portal idea and need accounts, roles, payments and hosting done properly rather than a demo.
The current app is hard to change An older application was built quickly, has no tests or documentation, and every small change takes weeks and breaks something else.
What a build with us covers. Requirements and scope Workshops with the people who will use the system, written user flows, a data model and a fixed-scope proposal before any code is written.
Interface and UX Screens designed around real tasks, built as a component library in Angular, React or Next.js, responsive on phones and desktops.
APIs and business logic REST APIs in FastAPI, Django or Node.js with validation, background jobs and clear error handling, documented with OpenAPI.
Accounts, roles and permissions Sign-in, password reset, single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID or Google where needed, and role-based access so staff, customers and admins each see only their part.
Database design PostgreSQL or MongoDB schemas designed for your reports as well as your screens, with migrations, indexes and Redis caching where it helps.
Integrations Payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal, email and messaging, file storage on S3 or MinIO, and the third-party APIs you already depend on.
Hosting and delivery Docker images, CI/CD pipelines, staging and production environments, TLS and backups on AWS, Azure or your own servers.
Testing and hand-over Automated tests on the critical paths, an admin guide, deployment runbooks and a hand-over session with your team.
Engagement options Fixed-scope build For a portal, internal tool or first product release with requirements that can be written down up front.
Discovery and written specification Fixed scope, timeline and price Two-week increments on staging Deployment, documentation and hand-over Dedicated product team For SaaS products and platforms whose roadmap changes as you learn from users, billed monthly.
Engineers across frontend, backend and DevOps Sprint planning with your product owner Releases on a regular schedule Scale the team up or down month to month Support retainer For applications already live, whether we built them or not, that need fixes, updates and small features.
Bug fixes and dependency updates Small features from a shared backlog Monitoring, backups and security patches Response times agreed in the retainer How it works Discovery We talk to the people who will use the system, map the current process and list what the first release must do and what can wait.
Architecture and proposal You receive a data model, screen list, hosting plan and a fixed-scope proposal with milestones you can check against.
Build in increments Every two weeks a working version goes to staging, so you test real screens and correct course early rather than at the end.
Launch and operate We deploy to production in your accounts, migrate any existing data, hand over the documentation and support the application afterwards.
Why Infigini We build our own products TechLogHub and EasySiteControl are web platforms we design, run and maintain ourselves, so we make the same trade-offs we recommend.
Frontend to servers The engineers who write the screens and APIs also set up the pipelines and hosting, so nothing is lost between a build team and an ops team.
You own everything Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and documentation are yours from the first day. There is no licence fee to keep using your own software.
Portals are familiar ground We have built student, patient, staff, applicant and seller portals, CRMs and marketplaces, so roles, approvals and reporting are not new problems for us.
Technologies: Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, FastAPI, Django, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Docker

Frequently asked questions What is custom web application development? It is building browser-based software around your own process instead of adapting your process to a packaged product. Examples are customer portals, booking and approval systems, internal dashboards and SaaS products. A custom build covers the interface, APIs, database, user roles, integrations and hosting, and the finished code belongs to you so it can be extended later.
How much does it cost to build a custom web application? The price depends on the number of user roles and screens, the integrations, data migration and how much design work is needed. For a defined first release we quote a fixed price after discovery, split into milestones. For products with a changing roadmap we propose a dedicated team at a monthly fee. Send us your requirements and we reply within one business day.
How long does it take to build a web application? It depends on scope, and we give a timeline in the proposal rather than a guess on the first call. We work in two-week increments, so you see working screens on staging early. A focused first release with the essential workflows is usually the fastest route, with further features added once real users have tried it.
Should we build custom or buy an off-the-shelf tool? Buy when a packaged product covers your process with only configuration and the licence cost stays reasonable as you grow. Build when the workflow is what sets your business apart, when you need several tools to talk to one data model, or when per-user fees grow faster than the value. We will tell you if buying is the better option.
Which technology stack will you use? Usually Angular, React or Next.js for the interface, FastAPI, Django or Node.js for the backend, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB for data, all in TypeScript or Python. We pick based on what your team can maintain, what already exists and what the application needs, and we explain the choice in writing in the proposal.
Who owns the source code and the hosting? You do. The repositories live in your GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps organisation, and the application runs in your AWS, Azure or server accounts from the start. Documentation and runbooks are stored with the code. If you later move development in-house or to another supplier, there is nothing to transfer back from us.
Can you take over or rebuild an existing web application? Yes. We start with a review of the code, database and hosting, then recommend whether to stabilise and extend it, rebuild it module by module alongside the old system, or replace it. Gradual replacement keeps the business running, and data migration is planned and tested on staging before cut-over.
What happens after the application goes live? On a support retainer we handle bug fixes, dependency and security updates, backups, monitoring and small features, with response times agreed in the retainer. If you prefer to run it yourselves, we hand over the code, runbooks and an admin guide, and run a session with your team so they can deploy and maintain it.
