Education software built around how your campus actually runs. Education software development for universities, colleges and schools: campus ERP, admissions, hostel and mess, online exams, mobile apps and campus servers.
Our education software development covers the systems universities, colleges and schools use every day: ERP modules for students, staff and finance, admissions portals and online entrance tests, hostel and mess management, Android apps, and the servers that host all of it. Each module follows the process your offices already use and shares one student record with the rest. We build it, host it and can keep it running after launch, while code, data and documentation stay in your accounts.
What we usually find on campus. The same student typed in five places Admissions, accounts, hostel and exams each keep their own spreadsheet or tool, so a change of phone number or fee status never reaches everyone.
Off-the-shelf ERP that fights your process The package was bought for its feature list, but fee structures, hostel rules and approval chains do not fit, so staff work around it on paper.
Admissions season breaks things Application forms, entrance tests and campaign pages slow down or fail exactly when traffic peaks and every lead matters.
Servers nobody fully understands The website, ERP and databases sit on servers set up years ago by someone who has left, with no documentation, monitoring or tested backups.
Systems we build for education. Campus and university ERP Student, staff and core ERP modules for attendance, records, results, documents and day-to-day administration, with role-based access for each office.
Admissions and lead management Online applications, enquiry tracking for the admissions team, document upload and status updates, connected to campaign landing pages.
Entrance tests and exam portals Online admission tests and assessment portals for enrolled students and external candidates, with separate sign-in paths and result reports.
Hostel and mess management Room allocation, hostel fees, visitors, complaints, attendance and gate passes, plus mess meal plans, attendance and billing.
Finance and fee modules Fee structures, instalments, receipts and finance department workflows, integrated with the payment gateway you already use.
Alumni and student portals Self-service portals where students and graduates see results, request documents and register for events.
Android apps and websites Android apps that bring ERP functions to students and staff, and college websites with a CMS so staff can update notices and pages without code.
Campus server and hosting One documented server or cloud setup for every API, database and subdomain, with NGINX routing, TLS, IP-restricted database access and backups.
Engagement options Fixed-scope module For an institution that needs one system, such as hostel management or an admissions portal, built and handed over.
Discovery with the office that will use it Fixed scope and estimate before work starts Staging releases every two weeks Deployment, training and documentation Dedicated ERP team For a university or college group building or replacing an ERP across several departments over months.
Engineers billed monthly, working to your priorities Module-by-module rollout by department Data migration from existing tools and spreadsheets Shared data model across every module Support retainer For institutions that already run a system and need it kept stable, patched and ready for each admissions season.
Bug fixes and small changes Server patching, monitoring and backups Capacity checks before admissions and exams Coverage hours and response times agreed in the retainer How it works Meet the offices We sit with admissions, accounts, hostel wardens and exam staff to map how each process works today, including the paper steps.
Design and proposal We design the shared data model, the modules, roles and hosting, then send a written proposal with milestones and a fixed estimate.
Build in increments Modules arrive on staging every two weeks so staff can try them with real cases before anything goes live.
Go live and operate We migrate data, train staff and release through CI/CD with monitoring and backups, then support the system or hand it to your team.
Why Infigini We have built campus systems before Our education work includes a university ERP suite, a college group's campus ERP, hostel, mess, admissions test and exam portals, and the server that hosts them.
Software and servers from one team The engineers who write the ERP also set up the hosting, so there is no gap between the developer and the person running the server.
Built around your process We model your fee rules, hostel policies and approval chains in the system, instead of asking staff to change how the institution works.
You own everything Source code, databases, server access and documentation sit in your accounts. If you change vendors or hire an in-house team, nothing is locked to us.
Technologies: Angular, React, Python, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Android, NGINX, AWS, Linux

Frequently asked questions What does education software development include? It covers the systems an institution runs on: student and staff ERP, admissions and enquiry management, entrance tests and exam portals, fees and finance, hostel and mess, alumni portals, mobile apps and the college website. It also includes hosting, backups and support. We usually start with the module causing the most manual work and add others on the same data model.
Should a college build a custom ERP or buy an off-the-shelf one? Buy if a package fits your fee rules, hostel policies and approval chains with little change, and you are happy with its licence terms. Build when staff are working around the software, when you need modules it lacks, or when you want to own the code and data. A middle path is common: keep what works and build the missing modules around it.
How much does a college ERP or school management system cost? It depends on the number of modules, users, roles and integrations, and on how much data must be migrated. A single module such as hostel management is quoted as a fixed-scope project after discovery. A full ERP is usually built by a dedicated team billed monthly. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer. Tell us which modules you need and we will send an estimate.
How long does it take to build a university ERP? A single module such as an admissions portal or hostel system usually takes a few weeks to a few months, depending on scope. A full ERP across several departments takes longer: the first release covers the core modules, and the rest roll out department by department. We give a timeline per module in the proposal after discovery. Staff see working software on staging every two weeks, so problems surface early.
Can you migrate our existing student data and spreadsheets? Yes. We map each spreadsheet or old system to the new data model, clean duplicates, and run trial imports on staging so your staff can check records before go-live. Migration is planned per module, so admissions, hostel and fee data can move at different times without stopping daily work.
Will the system handle admissions season and exam days? We plan for it. Before peak periods we review server capacity, database indexes and caching, and load-test the application and test portals. Campaign pages are kept light so they stay fast under traffic. On a retainer, capacity checks before admissions and exams are part of the agreed work.
Can it run on our own campus server instead of the cloud? Yes. We have hosted college APIs, databases and subdomains on a single server behind NGINX, with databases accepting connections only from approved IP addresses. We can set this up on your own hardware, AWS or Azure, with documented configuration, monitoring and backups whose restores are tested.
Do you build mobile apps for students and staff? Yes. We have built Android apps for campus ERP, school ERP and mess management, backed by the same APIs as the web portals. Students and staff see the same data on both, so attendance, notices and fee status come from one source rather than two copies that can drift apart.
