SaaS products that ship early and keep running after launch. SaaS product development for startups and product teams: a focused MVP, multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing and DevOps set up from the first sprint.
Our SaaS product development work covers design, build and operation for founders and product companies. We start with the smallest version that real customers will pay for, then grow it into a multi-tenant platform with sign-up, roles, billing and an admin panel. Pipelines, staging and monitoring are set up in the first sprint, not after launch. The code, cloud accounts and documentation sit in your name from day one, and we can stay on to operate the product.
What usually brings product teams to us. The MVP keeps growing Every investor call or demo adds a feature. Months pass, nothing is in front of paying users, and the budget is half gone.
The prototype cannot take a second customer It was built for one pilot client. Data is not separated by tenant, settings are hard-coded and onboarding a new account needs a developer.
Releases are risky There is no staging environment, deploys are manual and a bad release reaches every customer at once with no quick way back.
The freelancer has moved on The product works, but nobody has the server access, the deploy steps or a clear picture of how the pieces fit together.
What we build for SaaS products. MVP scoping and build A written scope of the one workflow customers pay for, delivered in two-week increments on staging so you can put it in front of users early.
Multi-tenant architecture A tenant ID on every record, enforced in the API layer and, on PostgreSQL, with row-level security. Separate schemas or databases where a customer contract needs them.
Accounts, roles and onboarding Sign-up, email verification, organisations, invitations, role-based access and single sign-on where your buyers expect it.
Subscription billing Plans, trials, upgrades and invoices through Stripe or PayPal, with webhook signatures verified and each event ID recorded, so a retried payment event is applied only once.
Admin and support tools An internal panel to look up tenants, change plans, view usage and act on support requests without touching the database directly.
APIs and integrations Documented REST APIs, outbound webhooks and connections to the CRMs, storage and AI providers your customers already use.
DevOps from day one Containerised services, CI/CD on GitHub Actions, separate staging and production, automated database migrations, backups and monitoring.
AI features where they help Assistants that answer from a tenant's own documents and automations that remove manual steps, with usage limits per plan.
Engagement options MVP build A fixed-scope project for founders who need a first paid version in front of customers.
Discovery and a written scope Architecture and data model with tenancy built in Two-week increments on staging Production launch and hand-over in your accounts Dedicated product team A monthly team for product companies that ship continuously and need engineers who know the codebase.
Frontend, backend and DevOps engineers Sprint planning against your roadmap Code review, tests and release management Scale up or down month to month Run and support A retainer for live SaaS products that need someone to keep production healthy.
Monitoring, alerts and incident response Security patches and dependency upgrades Backups with tested restores Coverage hours and response times agreed in the retainer How it works Discovery We work through who pays, for what, and which single workflow has to be good on launch day. Everything else goes on a later list.
Architecture and proposal You get a data model, tenancy approach, hosting plan and a fixed-scope proposal with the order of work.
Build on staging Pipelines and environments come first. Features then land on staging every two weeks for you and early users to try.
Launch and operate We go live with monitoring and backups in place, hand over code and documentation, and stay on for support if you want us to.
Why Infigini We run our own platforms We build and operate EasySiteControl and TechLogHub ourselves. Authentication, deployments, upgrades and monitoring are things we deal with on our own products, not only on client work.
Build and operations in one team The engineers who write the features also set up the pipelines and servers, so nothing is lost between development and hosting.
You own everything Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and documentation are in your name from the first commit. You can take the product in-house at any point.
Infrastructure sized to your stage Early products often run well on one well-managed server with Docker. We add Kubernetes or managed services when traffic and the team justify them.
Technologies: Angular, React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Stripe, Docker, GitHub Actions
Related projects EasySiteControl — A CMS platform that provides backend infrastructure, from data storage and authentication to deployment and monitoring.
School Sports Social App — A social app for US schools and students to share sports content and organise activities.
Mock API Generator — A tool for generating mock APIs instantly, so frontend work can begin before the backend exists.
TechLogHub — A platform for discovering products, tracking releases and exploring the open-source projects shaping the industry.
Frequently asked questions What does SaaS product development include? It covers the product and everything that keeps it running: the web application, APIs, database design with tenant separation, sign-up and roles, subscription billing, an admin panel, and the hosting, pipelines, backups and monitoring behind it. We agree the exact scope in writing before work starts, and we can operate the product after launch.
How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP? It depends on the scope, which is why we fix the scope first. A focused MVP covers one workflow customers pay for, plus sign-up, roles and billing. After discovery we send a proposal that lists each two-week increment, so you can see when a usable version reaches staging and when it can go to production.
Should our SaaS use a shared database or one database per customer? Most products start well with a shared database and a tenant ID on every row, enforced in code and with PostgreSQL row-level security. Use FORCE ROW LEVEL SECURITY and a non-owner application role, because table owners bypass policies by default. It is the simplest model to run and upgrade. A schema or database per tenant suits customers who need stronger isolation or their own data residency. We design the data model so moving a large customer out later is possible.
How is SaaS development priced? An MVP is quoted as a fixed price after discovery, based on the agreed scope, integrations and environments. A dedicated team is a monthly fee based on the number and mix of engineers. Run-and-support retainers are a monthly fee based on the size of the platform and the support hours you need. Tell us what you are building and we will send an estimate.
Who owns the code and the cloud accounts? You do. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains, payment provider accounts and documentation are created in your name or transferred to you. We work with access you grant and can remove. If you hire your own engineers later, they inherit a documented codebase and working pipelines rather than a migration project.
Do we need Kubernetes for a new SaaS product? Usually not at the start. A containerised application on one or two well-managed servers, or a managed container service on AWS or Azure, handles most early-stage products and costs far less to operate. We move to Kubernetes when you run several services, need autoscaling or have a team ready to operate it, and we explain the trade-off in writing.
Can you take over a SaaS product another team built? Yes. We start with a short review of the code, hosting, access and deploy process, then write down the risks and a prioritised plan. Common first steps are moving credentials into your accounts, adding a staging environment and a pipeline, and fixing backups before any new features are built.
Do you work with founders outside India? Yes. We are based in Dehradun and work remotely with clients in other countries, including a US education startup for which we built and deployed a social app backend on AWS. We agree meeting times that overlap with your working day, and we reply within one business day.
