AWS consulting services for a tidy, secure, right-sized account. AWS consulting services for growing teams: account and IAM setup, EC2, Lightsail, RDS and S3 architecture, plus cost and security reviews with a written plan.
Our AWS consulting services help teams use AWS properly without hiring a full cloud department. We design, set up and review AWS environments. That means accounts and access set up the right way, workloads on EC2, Lightsail, RDS and S3 sized for what they actually do, and regular cost and security reviews. Everything is built in your own AWS account, written down, and handed over so your team can run it.
What we usually find in an AWS account. Everyone uses the root login One shared root user or a few long-lived access keys run everything, with no MFA, no audit trail and no idea who changed what.
The bill grows and nobody knows why Oversized instances, unattached EBS volumes, old snapshots, idle load balancers and public IPv4 addresses add up month after month.
Databases and buckets are exposed RDS instances accept connections from anywhere, port 22 is open to the internet, and an S3 bucket was made public to fix one problem years ago.
Nothing could be rebuilt The setup was clicked together in the console, backups have never been restored, and the one person who understood it has moved on.
What our AWS consulting covers. Account and access setup AWS Organizations with separate accounts for production and non-production, IAM Identity Center for named logins with MFA, and the root user locked away.
Network design VPCs with public and private subnets, security groups that only open what is needed, and Systems Manager Session Manager instead of SSH open to the internet.
EC2 and Lightsail workloads Instance types, Graviton where the software supports it, gp3 volumes, launch templates and Auto Scaling groups, or Lightsail when a simple fixed bundle fits better.
RDS and databases PostgreSQL or MySQL on RDS in private subnets, with automated backups, a retention period you choose, Multi-AZ where downtime matters, and tested restores.
S3 and storage Buckets with Block Public Access on, encryption, versioning where it protects you, lifecycle rules for old data, and CloudFront in front of public assets.
Cost review Cost Explorer and Compute Optimizer findings, rightsizing, clean-up of idle resources, AWS Budgets alerts, and advice on whether Savings Plans make sense for your usage.
Security review CloudTrail across all accounts, GuardDuty and Security Hub findings, IAM policy and access key review, IMDSv2 on instances, and exposed ports and endpoints.
Infrastructure as code and hand-over Terraform or CloudFormation for the setup we build, plus runbooks for deploys, restores and access changes, stored in your repository.
Engagement options AWS setup A fixed-scope project for a new product, or for moving an existing app onto a clean AWS foundation.
Accounts, IAM Identity Center and billing alerts VPC, compute, database and storage setup Infrastructure as code for what we build Documentation and a hand-over session AWS review A short cost and security review of an existing account, for teams who want to know where they stand.
Read-only access, nothing changed without approval Cost findings with estimated impact per item Security and reliability findings ranked by risk A written, prioritised action plan Ongoing AWS support A monthly retainer where we look after the account alongside your developers.
Patching, backups and restore tests Monthly cost and security check-ins Changes, new environments and incident help Coverage hours and response times agreed in the retainer How it works Scoping call We talk through what runs on AWS today, what it costs, what worries you and what you plan to build next.
Read-only review You give us a read-only IAM role. We go through accounts, billing, workloads and security settings and write up what we find.
Plan and build We agree the order of work, then make changes in small steps, testing in non-production first and keeping a rollback for each change.
Hand over or run On a project we hand over code, diagrams and runbooks. On a retainer we keep reviewing cost and security every month.
Why Infigini We run real workloads on AWS We have hosted college ERPs, APIs and databases on EC2 and Lightsail, and shipped a US schools social app on AWS, so our advice comes from operating these systems, not just designing them.
Developers as well as operators The same engineers write application code, so we can tell when a cost or performance problem is in the app rather than the instance size.
You own the account Work happens in your AWS account under named IAM Identity Center users. Code, templates and documentation stay with you, and access can be removed in one step.
Honest about fit We will tell you when Lightsail, a single well-run EC2 instance or a move off AWS is a better fit than a larger architecture, and explain why in writing.

Frequently asked questions What do AWS consulting services include? Our AWS consulting covers account and access setup, network design, compute on EC2 or Lightsail, databases on RDS, storage on S3, and regular cost and security reviews. The output is either a working environment built in your account with infrastructure as code and runbooks, or a written review with a prioritised list of changes. The scope is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Should we use Lightsail or EC2? Lightsail suits small, steady workloads that fit a fixed monthly bundle: a website, a few APIs and a database on one or two instances. EC2 makes more sense when you need Auto Scaling, a wider range of instance types, private networking with other AWS services, or fine control over storage and networking. We look at your traffic and growth plans and recommend one in writing.
How do you reduce our AWS bill? We start with Cost Explorer and Compute Optimizer to see where the money goes. Typical changes are rightsizing instances, moving gp2 volumes to gp3, deleting unattached volumes and old snapshots, releasing unused public IPv4 addresses, adding S3 lifecycle rules and switching off non-production environments out of hours. Only then do we look at Savings Plans, so you commit to a smaller, cleaner baseline.
What access do you need to our AWS account? For a review, a read-only IAM role in each account, which you create and can remove at any time. For build work, named users through IAM Identity Center with only the permissions the task needs, and MFA required. We never ask for root credentials or long-lived access keys, and every action we take is recorded in CloudTrail.
Is our AWS account secure? Most accounts we review have a few common gaps: no MFA on the root user, old access keys, SSH or database ports open to the internet, public S3 buckets, CloudTrail not enabled in every region, and instances still allowing IMDSv1. A security review checks these and more, ranks each finding by risk, and explains exactly how to fix it.
How are AWS consulting services priced? A review is quoted as a fixed price based on the number of accounts and workloads. Setup and migration projects are quoted at a fixed price after the review or a scoping call. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer based on the size of the environment and the hours you need. Your AWS usage is billed to you directly by AWS.
Can you help us move to AWS, or away from it? Yes, both. We move applications from shared hosting, VPS providers or on-premises servers onto AWS, and we also plan moves from AWS to your own servers when the numbers favour it for steady workloads. Either way we plan the move, run old and new side by side, and switch over once the new setup is proven.
Do you work with teams outside India? Yes. We are based in Dehradun and built and shipped the backend of a social app for US schools on AWS, for a US education startup. Work is done remotely in your account, in any AWS region you choose. Coverage hours and response times for ongoing support are agreed in the retainer.
