Managed cloud services for teams without an ops department. Managed cloud services for AWS and Azure: patching, monitoring, backups with tested restores, access control and monthly cost reviews, all inside your account.
Most small companies end up with a cloud account that nobody owns. A developer set it up, it works, and nobody has looked at it since. We take over the day-to-day running of your AWS or Azure environment: operating system patches, backups and restore tests, monitoring and alerts, user access, certificates and the monthly bill. Everything stays in your account, every change is written down, and you get a short report each month on what we did and what needs a decision.
Signs your cloud needs someone running it. Nobody owns the account The person who set up AWS or Azure has left or moved to product work, and the root login lives in an old password manager.
Servers have not been patched Instances still run releases such as Amazon Linux 2 or Ubuntu 20.04 that are out of standard support, and nobody is sure an update will not break the app.
Backups are assumed, not tested Snapshots exist, but nobody has restored one, and nobody knows how long a restore would take or what it would bring back.
The bill grows and nobody knows why Old instances, unattached disks, unused public IP addresses and forgotten test environments add up every month without anyone noticing.
What we run for you each month. Onboarding review We inventory every resource, user and access key in the account, record what each one is for, and fix the urgent findings first.
Patching and upgrades Scheduled operating system and package updates using AWS Systems Manager or Azure Update Manager, applied to staging first and inside an agreed maintenance window.
Backups and restore tests AWS Backup or Azure Backup policies for servers, disks and databases, with a restore tested on a schedule and the result recorded.
Monitoring and alerts CloudWatch or Azure Monitor alarms on CPU, memory, disk, health checks and certificate expiry (memory and disk on EC2 need the CloudWatch agent, which we install), routed to the right people with a short runbook link.
Access and security Named user logins with multi-factor authentication through IAM Identity Center or Microsoft Entra ID, least-privilege roles, rotated keys and locked-down network rules.
Cost control Budgets and alerts, tagging, right-sizing and clean-up of idle resources, with savings plans or reservations suggested only when usage is stable.
Changes and small requests New subdomains, TLS certificates, DNS records, environment variables or an extra server, handled as tickets and logged in a change history.
Monthly report A short written summary of patches applied, incidents, restore tests, spend against budget and decisions we need from you.
Engagement options Cloud take-over A fixed-scope project to review an inherited account, fix what is risky and document how it runs.
Inventory of resources, users and keys Security and backup fixes Monitoring and budget alerts set up Written runbook handed to your team Managed cloud retainer A monthly retainer where we run the environment day to day for a team without operations staff.
Patching in agreed maintenance windows Backups with scheduled restore tests Monitoring, alerts and incident response Coverage hours and response times agreed in the retainer Managed cloud plus DevOps The retainer above, with deployment pipelines and container hosting also run by us.
Everything in the managed retainer CI/CD pipeline maintenance Docker and environment management Release support for your developers How it works Access and inventory You give us a named, auditable login in your account. We list every resource, user and cost line and ask what each one is for.
Fix the urgent items AWS root user and Azure Global Administrator accounts locked down, multi-factor authentication on, public exposure closed, backups confirmed by an actual restore.
Set the routine Patch schedule, alerts, budgets and runbooks are agreed and written down, so you know exactly what we do each week and month.
Run and report We operate the environment, handle requests and send a monthly report. You can review our access or take it back at any time.
Why Infigini We run servers ourselves We run our own products, TechLogHub and EasySiteControl, plus client servers on AWS EC2, Lightsail and Azure, so patching and outages are routine work for us.
We also write the software The same engineers build applications, so when an alert fires we can tell whether the cause is the server or the code, and fix either.
Your account, your keys We work inside your AWS or Azure account with logins you control. Billing, data and configuration never move to us.
Right-sized, not oversold If a single well-run server or Lightsail instance is enough, we say so. We do not add services just to grow the bill.
Technologies: AWS EC2, AWS Lightsail, AWS Systems Manager, AWS Backup, Amazon CloudWatch, Azure, Azure Monitor, Microsoft Entra ID, Linux, NGINX, Docker, Tailscale

Frequently asked questions What are managed cloud services? Managed cloud services mean an outside team runs your cloud environment for you after it is built. That covers patching servers, running and testing backups, watching monitoring alerts, managing who has access, renewing certificates and keeping the bill under control. You still own the AWS or Azure account and everything in it. We do the routine work and tell you when something needs a decision.
Do we have to move our cloud account to you? No. We work inside your existing AWS or Azure account using named logins that you create and can remove at any time. The account, the billing relationship with AWS or Microsoft, your data and all configuration stay with you. If you stop working with us, you remove our access and nothing has to be migrated.
How is managed cloud support priced? The retainer is a fixed monthly fee. It depends on how many servers, databases and environments we look after, how often you need changes, and the coverage hours and response times you choose. Your cloud provider bill is separate and paid by you directly. A take-over review of an inherited account is quoted as a fixed-price project. Tell us what you run and we will send an estimate.
Is it worth it if we only have a few servers? Often, yes. Small setups are the ones most likely to have no backups tested, no alerts and an unpatched operating system, because nobody has time for them. The retainer scales with the size of the environment, so a small footprint means a smaller scope. If your setup is simple enough to run yourselves with a checklist, we will tell you and write the checklist.
What happens when something breaks? Alerts come to us first with a runbook for that service. We confirm the problem, fix what we can at the infrastructure level, and contact your named person if the cause is in the application or a change is needed. Coverage hours and response times are agreed in the retainer. After each incident we write a short note on cause and prevention.
Can you reduce our AWS or Azure bill? Usually there is something to remove. Common findings are oversized instances, unattached disks and old snapshots, public IPv4 addresses nobody uses (AWS has charged for every public IPv4 address since February 2024), and test environments left running. We set budgets and alerts, tag resources by project, and review spend every month. Savings plans or reservations are suggested only once usage has been stable, because committing too early can cost more.
Do you manage both AWS and Azure? Yes. We run workloads on AWS EC2 and Lightsail and on Azure, including an Azure-hosted knowledge assistant built on Azure OpenAI and App Services. The routine is the same on both: patching, backups, alerts, access and cost. Only the tools differ. If you use both providers, we keep one runbook and one monthly report covering both accounts.
What do we need to give you to get started? A short call about what you run and what worries you, then a named login in your cloud account with the access we agree. We start with an inventory and send back a list of findings ranked by risk. Nothing is changed until you have seen that list and agreed the order of work.
