Healthcare software that fits how your clinic actually runs. Healthcare software development for clinics and hospitals: appointment booking, patient CRMs, AI-drafted reports with doctor approval and RAG assistants.
Our healthcare software development covers the systems clinics, hospitals and healthcare organisations use every day, and we run them after launch. That means appointment booking used by patients and staff, CRMs that keep the front desk and doctors on the same record, report workflows where AI drafts and a doctor approves, and assistants that answer from your own medical documents. We start from how your people work today, keep patient data in your own accounts, and stay on to maintain what we ship.
What usually brings clinics and hospitals to us. Bookings live in phones and notebooks Appointments are taken by phone, written down, then re-entered. Double bookings and no-shows are found at the reception desk, not before.
Patient details are scattered History, contact details and follow-ups sit in a spreadsheet, a billing tool and a messaging app, and nobody is sure which copy is current.
Doctors spend evenings on reports Report writing is repetitive and manual. Drafts pass between people by email, and approvals are hard to track.
Staff cannot find the right document Protocols, guidelines and internal policies exist, but searching shared drives takes longer than asking a colleague who may be busy.
Systems we build for healthcare. Appointment booking and scheduling Online booking, rescheduling and cancellation for patients, with doctor calendars, slot rules and walk-in handling for staff in the same application.
Clinic and patient CRM Patient records, visit history, follow-ups and communication between front desk, doctors and patients, built around your actual workflow.
AI-assisted report workflows AI agents prepare draft reports, custom rules filter and route them, and a doctor reviews, edits and approves each one before it is released.
Medical knowledge assistants A private chat assistant that answers from your own documents using retrieval-augmented generation, and shows the sources behind each answer.
Patient and staff portals Role-based access so patients, doctors, nurses and administrators each see only what their role needs.
Integrations and notifications Connections to the billing, lab or messaging tools you already use, plus SMS, email or WhatsApp reminders through the provider you choose.
Reporting dashboards Appointment volumes, no-show rates, doctor utilisation and turnaround times, drawn from the same database the application uses.
Hosting, backups and access control Deployment to your Azure, AWS or on-premises servers with encrypted connections, audit logs, scheduled backups and tested restores.
Engagement options Fixed-scope project For a clinic or hospital that needs one system built, such as appointment booking or a report workflow, then handed over.
Discovery with front desk, doctors and admin Written fixed-scope proposal and quote Two-week builds reviewed on staging Deployment, training and documentation Dedicated team For healthcare groups with a longer roadmap across several systems, billed monthly.
Engineers assigned to your product Shared backlog and fortnightly releases Design, backend, AI and DevOps in one team Direct contact with the people writing the code Support retainer For clinics already running software, built by us or someone else, that need it kept working.
Bug fixes and small changes Security patches and dependency updates Monitoring, backups and restore tests Coverage hours and response times agreed in the retainer How it works Discovery We talk to the people who will use the system: reception, doctors, nurses and administrators. We map how a patient moves from booking to follow-up.
Architecture and proposal We decide where data lives, who can see what and which systems to connect, then send a fixed-scope proposal.
Build on staging We work in two-week increments on a staging environment with test data, so your staff can try each part before it goes live.
Launch and support We deploy to your accounts, train your team and hand over code, configuration and documentation. A retainer keeps it maintained after that.
Why Infigini We have built this before Our work includes a clinic appointment CRM, hospital appointment management, an AI report workflow for doctors and a medical knowledge assistant on Azure OpenAI.
AI with a human in the loop We design AI features so a doctor reviews and approves the output. Drafts are never released to patients without that step.
Patient data stays with you Code, databases, cloud accounts and documentation sit in your accounts from day one. Nothing is locked to us.
We build and we operate The same team writes the application, sets up hosting and backups, and keeps it running after launch.

Frequently asked questions What does healthcare software development include? It covers the systems a clinic or hospital uses day to day: appointment booking, patient records and CRM, staff and patient portals, report workflows, internal knowledge assistants and the dashboards built on top. For us it also includes hosting, backups, access control and support after launch, because healthcare software has to keep working long after the first release.
Can you build an appointment booking system for our clinic? Yes. We have built a clinic appointment CRM and worked on a hospital appointment application used by both patients and staff. Typical features are online booking and rescheduling, doctor calendars and slot rules, walk-in handling, reminders by SMS, email or WhatsApp, and a front-desk view of the day. We shape the rules around how your clinic schedules today.
Is your healthcare software HIPAA or DPDP compliant? Compliance depends on how your organisation operates, not only on the software, so we do not label a system as compliant. What we do is build in the practices that support it: role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, data kept in your chosen region and accounts, and tested backups. Your compliance adviser can then review the setup.
How do you use AI with medical reports safely? AI prepares a draft, and a doctor reviews, edits and approves it before it goes anywhere. Custom rules filter and route each report, and every approval is recorded with who approved it and when. Before launch, drafts are checked against a sample of your past reports, and the AI runs on a model and region you choose, such as Azure OpenAI in your own subscription.
Can staff ask questions of our own medical documents? Yes. We build private assistants using retrieval-augmented generation: your guidelines, protocols and policies are indexed, and the assistant answers from them and shows the source passages. We have built one for a healthcare organisation on Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search. Documents stay in your cloud account, and Azure OpenAI does not use your prompts or data to train its models.
Can you work with our existing hospital system? Usually, yes. If your current billing, lab or hospital system has an API, database export or file-based exchange, we connect to it rather than replacing it. If it has none of these, we tell you early and suggest the least disruptive option, which is sometimes a small companion application instead of a full replacement.
How is healthcare software development priced? Fixed-scope projects are quoted at a fixed price after discovery, based on the modules, integrations, user roles and AI features involved. Dedicated teams are billed monthly by team size. Support retainers are a monthly fee based on the size of the system and the coverage hours you need. Tell us what you need and we will send an estimate.
Who owns the code and patient data? You do. The code lives in your repository, the database and backups live in your cloud account or on your servers, and we hand over configuration and documentation at launch. If you later move support in-house or to another team, nothing needs to be migrated away from us.
